The Training Seminars Series

Our 3-part LIOS/Saybrook Graduate School Executive Coach Training Seminars Series is geared to the following experienced professionals in organizations:

  • HR VP's/Directors,
  • OD consultants,
  • internal and external practitioners,
  • learning officers,
  • training directors, and
  • executive coaches.

We assume that participants have mastered basic coaching skills before coming to the course. The Series teaches advanced coaching skills specifically designed for the business environment.

The LIOS/Saybrook Graduate School Executive Coach Training Series consists of three seminars:

Theories and Concepts

Quality Workplace Relations/InterAct  Advanced Coaching Feedback Skills

Skills Training in the 4 Phase Coaching Method

Prerequisites for Seminar 3 (Skills Training in the 4 Phase Coaching Method) are
the first two Seminars (Theories and Concepts and Quality Workplace Relations/InterAct  - Advanced Coaching Feedback Skills).
